Every tailor-made injection mold we build is delivered to our injection molding plant to be test sprayed. Test spraying is an important process and prevents any future production problems down the production line. The injection molding plant receives a detailed guide sheet with the necessary information about the product, the material to be used, and the design of the customized injection mold.
THE ROAD TO PERFECTION
During the first test injection (FOT), the mold starts producing for the first time. The injection molding machine assesses the mold during operation and notes any deviations.
A mold maker is often used to carry out repairs, improvements or optimizations to the design of an injection mold. If that is not possible on the injection molding machine, the injection mold is removed and returned to our tool shop.
After applying repairs, improvements and optimizations to the mold, a new test injection will be carried out in the injection molding plant. If the mold is working properly, we start producing samples of your final product in the assigned material and specified color.
24/7 QUALITY
VIVANSH SYSTEMS have invested heavily in process automation. This enables us to execute complex, large-scale productions in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
The utilization of robotics and automated processes also ensures a high-quality of standard can be replicated when producing large volumes of injected molded products. While significantly reducing lead times and production costs by operating continuously around the clock 24/7 to produce your goods.

Extensive testing of injection molds before full- scale production ensures we produce the highest quality end-result for our customers.

From the moment of First- Of-Tool to final approval, continuous optimization of the mold and injection molding process takes place.

We utilize high-tech robotics and automation tools during mold design and construction to optimize the entire process.
